TTS Spring 2023 Kick-off Meeting
After completing the TTS project with Neabsco Elementary School, the TTS research team established the relationship with The Nokesville School teachers and leadership team to implement TTS project in this new school from Spring 2023 to Fall 2024. TTS Spring 2024 Infographic Consultation Sessions
The TTS research team hosted two Infographic Consultation Sessions. The first session was design to provide students with a pep talk, offer encouragement, and revisit commentary. The second session’s objective was to provide individual feedback on students’ infographics.
TTS Spring 2024 Science Night
The Nokesville Science Night took place on Thursday, April 11th from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. During the event, students’ infographics from our TTS project were displayed in the hallway right next to the main entrance. We had 22 infographics from 5th grade classes, as well as 16 infographics from 4th grade classes.
TTS Spring 2024 End-of-Semester Celebration with Cindy
On May 9, 2024, our infographic expert Cynthia Graville visited all five classes at The Nokesville School to celebrate the student achievement in creating infographics. Cynthia had a great discussion with students about their design choices and the difficulties they encountered during the infographic creation process.
